Refund & Replacement Policy

 We strive to ensure that every order is delivered accurately and in excellent condition. However, in the event of an issue, please refer to the guidelines below:


1. Wrong or Damaged Products:

If you receive an incorrect or damaged product, kindly inform our customer care team via WhatsApp (+91 8428411989) within 2 hours of delivery. Please include a clear photograph of the product for verification.


We will arrange a replacement at the earliest possible time.


If a replacement is not feasible, the product amount will either be adjusted in your next invoice or refunded to your bank account within 7 working days.



2. Undelivered Items:

If any item from your order is missing or not delivered, please notify our customer care via WhatsApp (+91 8428411989) within 2 hours of the scheduled delivery.


After verification, we will either deliver the missing item promptly or adjust the amount in your next invoice.


If delivery is not possible, a refund will be processed to your bank account within 7 working days.


We appreciate your cooperation and understanding, and we are committed to resolving any concerns promptly and professionally.

Subscription Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that circumstances may change, and customers may need to cancel their subscription. Please review the following guidelines regarding cancellations and refunds:


1. Cancellation Due to Relocation:

If you wish to cancel your subscription due to relocation, please contact our customer care team via whatsapp (+91 8428411989) to verify service availability at your new address.


If we offer service at the new location, you may continue your subscription with the updated address.


If the new location is outside our serviceable area, the remaining subscription amount will be refunded to your bank account within 7 working days.



2. Cancellation for Other Reasons:

If you are cancelling your subscription for any other reason, we encourage you to contact our customer care team via whatsapp (+91 8428411989) to discuss your concerns.


We will do our best to resolve the issue.


If the matter cannot be resolved to your satisfaction, the unused portion of your subscription amount will be refunded within 7 working days to your bank account.
